Anthony Quinn (1915-2001) was a Mexican-American actor known for his versatile performances in a wide range of films. He was born in Chihuahua, Mexico, but grew up in Los Angeles, California.

Quinn began his acting career in the theater before transitioning to film in the 1930s. He quickly gained recognition for his talent and charisma, and he went on to star in numerous Hollywood classics, including "Lawrence of Arabia" (1962), "Zorba the Greek" (1964), and "The Guns of Navarone" (1961).
