Here is the list of all Ida Lupino movies.

Ida Lupino was an English-American actress, director, and producer, born on February 4, 1918, in London, England. She is best known for her pioneering work in Hollywood as one of the few female directors of the 1950s and 60s.

Lupino began her acting career in British films in the 1930s and later moved to Hollywood, where she appeared in over 50 films, including "High Sierra," "They Drive by Night," and "On Dangerous Ground." She was known for her strong performances in both dramatic and comedic roles and was often cast as a tough, independent woman.

In the 1940s, Lupino became one of the first actresses to break away from the studio system and start her own production company, The Filmmakers. She co-wrote and co-directed several of the company's films, including "Not Wanted," "Never Fear," and "The Bigamist," which tackled controversial topics such as unwed motherhood, polio, and bigamy.

Lupino continued to direct and produce films throughout the 1950s and 60s, becoming one of the few female directors working in Hollywood at the time. Her films often dealt with social issues, including rape, abortion, and mental illness, and were praised for their realism and sensitivity.

In addition to her work in film, Lupino also acted on television, appearing in popular shows such as "The Twilight Zone" and "Batman." She was also a trailblazer for women behind the camera, paving the way for future female directors and producers in Hollywood.

Lupino received several awards and nominations for her work, including a Golden Globe for Best Actress for "The Hard Way" and a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. She passed away on August 3, 1995, in Los Angeles, California, leaving behind a legacy as a talented actress and a pioneering director and producer.
