Here is the list of the lowest innings totals in the ODI World Cup.

Canada is in the top two spots they first got all out on 39 runs against Sri Lanka in just 18.4 overs on 19 February 2003 which is the lowest innings total ever in the ODI World Cup and then they got all out on 45 runs against England in 40.3 overs on 13 June 1979.
